How to convert JPG and PNG photos to a PDF for free
Create a PDF from several photos with no signup: choose the order and A4 or original size, then check the result. Your images stay on your device.
Prepare photos in a supported format
Use static JPG or PNG images. If your phone saves photos as HEIC, first export a JPG or PNG copy with an app on your device: okPDF does not convert HEIC directly. Keep the originals and check that all photos are readable.
Put the photos in the right order
Open Images to PDF and select your photos. Each image becomes a page: use Move earlier and Move later to choose the order. With the two samples below, put image 1 first, then image 2; the PDF should have two pages in that order.
Choose A4 or original size
A4 fits each photo on a page while keeping its proportions and may leave white margins. Original size follows the image dimensions, so different photos may produce different page sizes. Fitting an image does not make a blurry photo sharper.
Download and check the PDF
Create the PDF, download it and open it in a reader. Check the page count, order, orientation and readability. This is free and requires no account; the photos are processed in the browser. To add more pages after downloading, use Organize PDFs.
