How to merge PDFs for free without registration with okPDF.org

Merge several PDFs into one file for free, with no account. Follow the steps, try two samples and check the result: documents are processed on your device.

Merge PDF

1. Choose at least two PDFs

Open Merge PDF on okPDF.org and press Choose PDFs. Select at least two documents from your device, or drop them in the marked area. Use Add PDF to include more files. You do not need to create an account, subscribe or pay to download the result.

You can select up to 20 files: at most 25 MB each, 50 MB combined and 500 pages in total. These limits protect browser memory; even a smaller file may take time if its pages are complex, especially on a phone.

2. Choose the document order

Check the names and use the Move earlier and Move later arrows beside each file. You can also reach them with the keyboard. The first document in the list comes first in the result; its pages keep their original order. To rearrange individual pages, use Organize PDFs instead.

3. Merge and download a new copy

Press Merge PDF and wait for processing to finish. Then choose Download PDF and open the saved file in a PDF reader. Check page count, order, orientation and readability. The originals remain unchanged: keep the source files until you have checked the new copy.

An example with a clear expected result

Download the two samples below: a PDF with three numbered pages and a one-page scan. Put pages-3.pdf first and scan-1.pdf second. The result should have four pages: 1, 2, 3, followed by the scan with the values 12345 and 24.50. Reverse the files and the scan should become the first page.

Privacy: what stays on your device

Your browser reads and merges the documents on your device. PDF contents are not sent to a conversion server. You do not need to give us a name or email address to use the tool.

This does not mean a visit involves no technical data: delivering and securing the website may involve processing your IP address and request data. The Privacy policy explains the providers and purposes. Local document processing and website hosting are separate matters.

Which PDFs are supported

Use static PDFs. This version rejects encrypted documents, interactive forms and PDFs with signature fields. If a document is digitally signed, a modified copy does not preserve the validity of the signature. Do not remove these protections from an important original just to merge it.

Pages are copied without being converted to images or applying image compression. Bookmarks, attachments and other advanced features may not be preserved. Merging does not translate text, run OCR or sharpen a blurry scan.
